Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

All orders are processed via UPS Ground. Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5-7 business days (business days does not include holidays/weekends) unless otherwise noted in description of product. All orders are shipped UPS Ground, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 24-48 hrs for tracking information to update. We do not ship on Saturday/Sunday. Please be mindful that UPS may be experiencing delays that are beyond the control of Brooklyn Body Butter, resulting in receiving your package 2-5 business days after your tracking information has been sent. 

• Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. 
• Orders that are returned to sender because of incorrect address will result in the customer paying the reshipping fee, or a store credit will be issued, minus the value of shipping. 
• Please note that during summer months if temperatures are too extreme in your area we will cancel your order. We try our best to package our products to avoid melting, but in some areas it is inevitable. 
• Southern regions please be mindful of the temperatures in your area prior to ordering. 
• Brooklyn Body Butter is not responsible for products that melt in transit. Products that melt in transit are still safe to use and will solidify once they are at a stable room temperature. It will not have the same whipped-like texture, but the body butter will still give you the same great benefits.
